Monthly Pass Policies:

              Monthly Pass Riders (MPR’s) enjoy guaranteed reserved seating.

                MPR’s will have standing orders for following months, with no additional        

                  calls needed to reserve the next upcoming monthly pass.

                MPR’s must call to cancel their monthly pass 5 business days prior to the start

                  of the next month. A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied if the monthly

                  pass is cancelled later than the 5 business days request period.

                The price of the monthly pass will be prorated when the reservation is

                  obtained midmonth.

                The cost of the monthly pass will be applied to your credit card 4 business

                  days prior to the beginning of the next month.

                Monthly passes can be cancelled midmonth. Your account will be assessed a

                  $25 fee and the prorated balance will be returned to you.

                MPR’s must inform Clinic Cab dispatch when they need to cancel reserved

                  trips.

Daily Fare Policies:

           

              Daily Passes are available to reservations. You will be guaranteed seating when the

                reservation is approved.

              Reservations will be available on the prior week basis.

              Reservations will be accepted starting the Wednesday prior to the week of the     

                requested daily reservation.

              Reservations are based on available seats (monthly passes are required if the rider

                needs to guarantee seating for the whole month)

              Fare costs will be applied to your credit card at the time you book your reservation.

              Daily riders must inform dispatch when they will need to cancel trips.

              Daily riders will be refunded the fare cost as long as dispatch was informed of the

                cancellation by 11:00 a.m. the day prior to the trip date.

              No shows and late cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.

 

Changing Reservations:

 

              Riders may call dispatch to change reservation times.

              It is our goal to make the commuter line as flexible and accommodating to

                passengers as possible.
