The Rockford Volunteer Fire Department currently has 30 members, but is allowed 33 members. If you are interested in serving on the department, click here for an application. Applications can also be obtained at City Hall,  6031 Main Street or by calling
(763) 477-6565.

The department serves the City of Rockford, parts of the Rockford Township and parts of the City of Greenfield.  Quarterly board meetings are held with all government entities.

Annual Events

  "ALL YOU CAN EAT" PANCAKE BREAKFAST

The Rockford Fire Department will host’s it’s annual Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, May 4, 2008 from 7:00 a.m. until Noon at the fire station, 6700 Main St.

The menu features all you can eat pancakes, french toast, scrambled eggs and sausages. Coffee, milk and orange juice are also served. Children under 3 years of age eat free. Tickets will be available at city hall in April.  Ticket cost will be determined closer to the event date.                                                  

This is a great way to support your Fire Department and meet your neighbors.             

 

River Raft Race - River Days Festival, Second Saturday of August  
Halloween - The department patrols the area and hands out light sticks to trick and treaters.
December - Visit Santa at the Fire Dept. for games and picture taking.
