We discovered a calculation issue in this month’s utility bills that were just mailed out to you. Please disregard your utility bill, we will be re-sending corrected and updated bills by the end of the week.
Residents have received utility bills with previous balances or multiple months of use that were mailed late last week. These previous balances or multiple months of use are not accurate. We are correcting the issue in our software and will be re-sending these bills this week. There will not be any fees for late payment this month, and disconnects and disconnect notices will be delayed as well. If you have already made payment, contact City Hall and we can either apply your payment to your account or refund your payment until our new utility bills are sent out.
