The City’s Website and RevTrak, our Utility Billing Payment Program, are not providing accurate information to residents when they look up their utility bills on-line. Please refer to the utility bill sent to you for current account information, or call City Hall during normal business hours and we can look up your account balance and usage. We are in the process of migrating to a different Utility Billing Program called Payment Solutions Network (PSN) and hope to have the new system installed and in place in the near future. This will not only allow more timely updates on utility billing accounts, but will also support on-line payment of utility bills in a more seamless process. Thank you.
