Accepting Volunteer of the Year Nominations

The City of Rockford is now accepting nominations for the 2022 "Volunteer of the Year". Each year, the City asks its residents, businesses and members of the community to nominate a person or group that has evidenced dedication, support and volunteerism in our shared community.  If you know of someone that is dedicated and deserving of the 2022 award, please complete this application and either email cityhall@cityofrockford.org or deliver to City Hall 6031 Main Street.
