Dance Under the Stars!
Join the Crow River Food Co-op on Saturday September 15th in Riverside park, on Main Street from 7 p.m. – 11 p.m. There will be music, food, wine, beer, and a silent auction to help us raise capital for the store. The main purpose of the event is to gain members/owners of the local food co-op.
Event Center – update
The city council sent out requests for proposals for a construction manager to assist the city in planning for the construction of a city event center. The city received one proposal from CPMI in Egan, MN. The city council will take action on the proposal for the proposed Event Center project at the August 28th city council meeting.
Parkwood Park
The residents have waited for a few years to see the Parkwood Park become a reality and now we are little closer! Last Saturday July 21st a couple of our public works crew along with volunteers started installing the playground equipment. It was hot and humid but they worked all day. The park is not completed yet but Darcy Desens our parks crew continues to work on the finishing touches. It won’t be long before the children can enjoy the park. 
Event Center Survey –
The results from the event survey are being reviewed by the city council at their meeting on June 26th. There were 105 surveys returned.
